CANNON FINANCIAL PROFILE

We are governed by the Board of Directors that is elected from the membership of the Credit Union.  A Supervisory Committee, appointed
by the board, conducts periodic audits of the financial records of the Credit Union to ensure that everything in run according to applicable
laws and sound business principles.  All of the members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee serve on a volunteer basis.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission as a member owned credit union is to meet the needs of our membership by providing financial services of the highest quality
through sound financial management and friendly personalized service.

When you join Cannon Financial Federal Credit Union, you actually become part owner of a financial institution.  You have a vote at our
Annual Meeting and have  the opportunity to take an active part in the growth your Credit Union is experiencing.

Credit Union operating rules and regulations are established by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), the Federal Credit Union
Act and policies adopted by the Board of Directors.
