Annual Meeting and Election

The Annual Meeting of the Members of Financial Partners Credit Union will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at the Credit Union’s main office, 7800 E. Imperial Highway, Downey, California, 90242. At the meeting, three members of the Board of Directors and one member of the Supervisory Committee will be elected for three-year terms.

The Nominating Committee has nominated the following individuals to fill these positions:

Board of Directors

• Alan Bergman
• Don Plog
• Barbara Smith

Supervisory Committee

• William Tuggle

In addition, any Member may seek nomination by submitting a petition signed by at least 500 Members in good standing. Petitions must be addressed to the Secretary of the Credit Union at the above address and delivered or postmarked by midnight on February 16, 2010, at which time the nominations shall be closed.
