Online Bill Payment Program - Free of Monthly Service Fees

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS - Checking Account   To register for Bill Pay a member must first open a qualifying checking account. The checking account is a "transaction" account through which bill payments are processed.

"*Online Bill Payment is FREE of monthly service fees for active users. Active users conduct at lest two (2) online Bill Payment transactions per month. Inactive accounts will be closed after 90-day of "non-use". Re-open fee $10. Bill Payment Program accounts closed by credit union due to "non-use" will be assessed a $10 re-open fee. When using Online Bill Payment, there is no charge for the first 20 transactions (Bill Payments ); additional transactions (Bill Payments ) cost $0.30 each.

       Online Account Management Security and Procedures

The paramount issue in using the ATM System for members Online transaction settlement is security.  A member logs on to CFFCU Online Account Management
(Access Anywhere) web site by accessing the internet via secure encrypted line to Online Resources Communication Corp (ORCC), a data processing organization.
The member is electronically identified by entering a user ID and personal password.   Using these verified codes, specific Home Banking account requests or
transactions are relayed to the members account on the ATM Network, also a secure encrypted system, where the transaction is settled.   NO transaction is
actually settled on the Internet.
