This release allows members to instantly review all of their CFFCU accounts, in real-time, anytime
24/7/365. All members are eligible to use CFfcu@HOME, and the service is free. With a few
simple keystrokes, members can perform all normal day-to-day transactions (except get cash) from
any computer with Internet capabilities, at home or office. It’s as if they are working with a teller at
a full-service credit union office.
Initial
logon to CFfcu@HOME - is key to gaining
full access to the NEW Home Banking service.
Let’s
get started. It is helpful to have a recent account statement
available. When you click on the
CFfcu@HOME Banking logo, you link directly
to the member log-on site.
Follow these simple steps:
1.Account number - You must enter your member account number.
2.Password - for initial access - use the “pro-forma” number comprised of:
the last four (4) digits of your social security number (SSN).
the first five (5) digits of your Zip Code.
Note: The numbers should be entered in the proper sequence without spaces!
3.You can now review all your accounts. To gain full-access to your accounts - allowing you to
transfer funds, withdraw by check, make loan payments - click on the Home Banking link for
an Account Disclosure review. When you have finished the review of the disclosure, click
“continue” to complete your registration.
4.You registration is now complete. We do recommend, however, that you - click on “Other Options”
and change your password. Security experts recommend that your password contain between
8 and 12 digits (numbers and/or letters) but should not contain @, #, $, %, &, or other “non-letter”
keys. This password must remain private to you. Do not share password!
